Sunwoda plans to reduce its polymer-based all-solid-state battery prices, targeting mass production and a price of 2 Chinese yuan per watt-hour

Sunwoda, a prominent battery manufacturer, announced plans to start mass proudction of all-solid-state batteries by 2026, according to a report by China Daily on July 3. Sunwoda is also aiming to reduce the price of its all-solid-state batteries to 2 yuan ($0.27) per watt-hour by 2026. This development comes amid increased support and investment from the Chinese government and local companies in this innovative technology.
