Mainland China's pushback may derail LFP cell production in Europe and US
In the face of tariffs and protectionist measures by Europe and the United States over the last year, Mainland China has been forced to take countermeasures in a bid to maintain its leadership in the global EV market.
Mainland China has been hit by tariffs from several key trade partners including countries in North America and Europe, most recently the additional tariffs from the Trump administration. In fact, trade restrictions against mainland Chinese companies have been getting stricter in the last 12 months.
