Modine partners with Wisconsin city's RYDE Racine to offer thermal management systems for electric buses

The city of Racine, Wis., recently received funding from the US Department of Transportation's Federal Transit Administration Low or No Emission Vehicle Program to increase its EV fleet to 13 buses

Modine has partnered with public transportation system, RYDE Racine, in Racine, Wis., to supply its thermal management technology and solutions for electric buses, the company announced in a press release May 29. Currently, Racine operates nine electric buses equipped with Modine's EVantage Thermal Management Systems, with four additional EVs ordered.
