Creador to invest $50 million in mobility engineering firm Hinduja Tech
The investment will give the company a 19.6% stake
Hinduja Tech Ltd. (HT), a mobility-focused global engineering research and development services company and a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland, has announced the signing of a definitive agreement for private equipment firm Creador to invest $50 million, subject to the completion of customary closing conditions.
