Ford recalls 2.24 million Explorer SUVs worldwide over trim-retention clips
In February 2023, the NHTSA opened a preliminary investigation to review the issue
US automaker Ford Motor is recalling 2.24 million older Explorer sport utility vehicles (SUVs) worldwide because the trim retention clips may not be properly engaged, according to a Reuters report dated Jan. 25.
