Chinese carmaker Changan Auto plans to build EV plant in Thailand
The Chinese automaker plans to invest about $244 million in the first phase
Chinese automaker Changan has signed a land purchase agreement with Thailand's industrial estate developer WHA Group to build its new electric vehicle factory in the Southeast Asian country, according to a news report published by Xinhua News Agency on Oct. 26.
