Maruti Suzuki plans to expand production capacity by 2 million units over the next nine years

India’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL) plans to introduce at least six battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) in the local market by fiscal year 2030–31, the company said in its 2022–23 annual report, which was released August 5.
