Series production of next-generation, pure electric Volvo cars is scheduled to start in 2026 at the new Slovakia unit
Swedish carmaker Volvo Cars plans to invest EUR1.2 billion (USD1.25 billion) in setting up an all-new electric car plant in Slovakia, the company announced on 1 July 2022.
