Shell, BYD to form a JV company to develop EV charging network in China
London-based oil and gas company Shell plc and Chinese automaker BYD have signed a strategic cooperation agreement that focuses on accelerating the transition to electric and hybrid vehicles in Europe and China, Shell announced on 24 March 2022.
