Intel announces USD1 billion fund to strengthen foundry ecosystem
Chip architects are adopting system-on-package architectures moving away from system-on-chip design modules
Intel’s USD1 billion fund to support and nurture early-stage startups and established companies building disruptive technologies toward the foundry ecosystem through a collaboration between Intel Capita and Intel Foundry Services (IFS), the company said in a press release on 7 February.
