China Automotive Systems acquires 40% stake in automotive technology company Sentient AB
Total consideration of EUR20 million (USD24 million)
China Automotive Systems, through its unit Hubei Henglong Automotive Systems Group, has acquired a 40% interest in the issued share capital of Sentient AB, it said in a press release on 10 June.
