Canada to invest USD443 million in new Ford EV plant in Ontario
Investment will include federal and provincial contributions of CAD295 million each
Canada has announced that it will invest CAD590 million (USD43 million) in Ford’s electric vehicle plant in Ontario, according to a press release on Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau’s official website on 8 October.
