COVID-19 outbreak: Brembo warns more restriction in Italy could hit global automotive industry
Brembo said that its Italian production remain unaffected by the situation
Italy put the entirety of Northern Italy under quarantine on 8 March until next month to prevent novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) virus. However, the Italian government has allowed people to travel for work, manufacturing plants to continue operating, and for goods to be moved. Nonetheless, there are demands for more stringent measures to prevent the COVID-19 spread. Brembo has warned that such a move could affect the global automotive industry, Reuters reported a senior executive of the company as saying.
