A software fault may result in loss of illumination and operations of certain functions in central console of affected vehicles

Bentley is recalling 163 units of model year 2018-2019 Continental GT to fix an issue with the center console switch pack, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) reported on 19 June. In affected vehicles, a software fault may result in loss of illumination and operations of certain functions in central console. If the functions fail, ACCC warned, the hazard warning lights and defrost demist functionality of the vehicle may not work, increasing the risk of accident.
