Understanding the cost components of different charging stations
An electric vehicle (EV) charging station, also known as electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE), refers to a device that connects an EV to a source of electricity. EVSE varies in type depending on the type of power supplied, the connectors as well as the charging standards adhered to. This means that different charging stations can provide different charging experiences, mostly talked about in terms of speed of charge.
