Car2go launches operations in US city Chicago
Company offering 400 vehicles for rent in the largest city of Illinois
Last week, car2go officially launched its free-floating car-sharing service in Chicago, Illinois (United States), the company said in a press release. The company has made available 400 vehicles for rent, including smart fortwos and Mercedes-Benz CLA and GLA vehicles in the largest city of Illinois. Car2go members can book these vehicles using car2go app, which is available on Apple and Android app stores. Residents of Chicago can register for free by using code ‘CHI2018’. Those who register before 23 August will receive USD15 car2go credit. After the deadline of 23 August, new members will have to pay one-time USD5 sign-up cost.
