Kyocera enters licensing agreement with Bosch for use of haptic feedback technology
Japanese supplier has been developing haptic feedback solutions for past 10 years
Japan-based Kyocera has signed a licensing agreement with Robert Bosch Car Multimedia for its haptic feedback technology, the company said in a press release on 8 May. The licensing agreement will provide Bosch with access to Kyocera’s patented haptic feedback technology for use in its automotive solutions. Robert Bosch Car Multimedia, a subsidiary of Germany-based automotive supplier Bosch, supplies in-car navigation and entertainment systems to major automakers globally.
