Ashok Leyland, Hino Motors team up for BS VI engine development
Indian automaker to help Japanese partner in developing sourcing base for engine components in India
Ashok Leyland has entered into a mutual cooperation agreement with Hino Motors to use the Japanese automaker’s technology to develop Bharat Stage (BS) VI (equivalent to Euro 6 in EU) engines, according to a press release by Hino on 27 November.
