Panasonic announces absorption-type company split to integrate automotive module business
Company split effective 1 April 2016
Panasonic has announced an absorption-type company split for its Automotive Module Devices business of its wholly owned subsidiary Panasonic Semiconductor Solutions Co., Ltd. (PSS), according to a company press release.
