Panasonic announces absorption-type company split, announces personnel changes
Company split expected to be effective 31 March 2016
Panasonic has announced an absorption-type company split for its wholly-owned consolidated subsidiary Panasonic Industrial Devices Taiko (PIDTA), the company said in a press release yesterday (25 February).
