SAIC-backed MG Motor plans to locally produce cars in Egypt
SAIC plans to source more than 45% of the components for the vehicles produced at the facility from local Egyptian suppliers
MG Motor, a subsidiary of mainland China-based SAIC Motor, plans to locally produce cars in Egypt as part of its global expansion strategy, according to a news report published by CnEVPost on Dec. 31, 2024.
