Honda to launch new fuel cell system plant in Japan by 2028
The plant aims for high-efficiency production with a capacity of 30,000 units annually, supporting Honda's hydrogen business expansion and Japan's carbon neutrality goal
Honda Motor Co. Ltd. plans to establish a new plant in Japan for the production of its independently developed next-generation fuel cell system, the company announced in a press release on 18 December. Honda intends to commence operations of this new facility in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2028.
