India’s CESL launches EV-as-a-service program for government ministries, public sector units

India-based Convergence Energy Services Ltd. (CESL), a subsidiary of Energy Efficiency Services Ltd. (EESL), has launched an electric-vehicle-as-a-service program, according to a news report published by Economic Times on Nov. 11.
