The deal, starting from 2026, involves supplying between 86,250 and 115,000 metric tons of synthetic graphite from Novonix's facilities in North America

Novonix Ltd., an Australia-based battery materials and technology company, has entered into a binding offtake agreement with Stellantis to supply a minimum of 86,250 metric tons and up to 115,000 metric tons of high-performance synthetic graphite material.
