Shanghai-based electric-car maker Nio has expanded its electric vehicle battery-swapping station network to complete the initial coverage of nine major horizontal highways in Greater China, achieving part of a goal that was first announced two years ago, according to a news report published by CnEVPost on Oct. 30.
