Over the past one year, Stellantis has taken at least five other suppliers to court over issues of price increases

Stellantis has filed a lawsuit against Brose North America, the US subsidiary of Germany-based supplier Brose, accusing the supplier of holding the automaker’s operations “hostage” and costing it more than $3 million in damages after shutting down Windsor Assembly Plant in Canada, Automotive News reported Oct. 29.
