CBL International and Indonesia Battery plan to work together on a 15-GWh gigafactory project that is slated to come up in Karawang, West Java
Indonesian government-backed battery company, Indonesia Battery Corp., has formed a joint venture with the world’s largest battery-maker Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd. (CATL) to build a battery manufacturing plant in the country, according to a news report published by Bloomberg on Oct. 17.
