Tata Motors is considering the implementation of a battery-as-a-service (BaaS) model for its electric vehicles such as the electric variants of the Tiago, Punch, Tigor, Nexon and others, to reduce their ex-showroom prices by 25-30%, Moneycontrol reported, citing sources.
