Schaeffler completes merger with Vitesco Technologies
The merged entity expects to achieve revenue and cost synergies with an estimated EBIT impact of €600 million annually
Schaeffler has successfully completed its previously announced merger with Vitesco Technologies, the Germany-based supplier said in a press release on Oct. 1.
