Mercedes-Benz increases top speed of Level 3 Drive Pilot ADAS to 95 km/h
Set for 2025, the updated system allows automated driving at speeds up to 95 km/h, with recertification expected by end of 2024
As reported in a press release on Sept. 23, Mercedes-Benz has announced a new upgrade for its Level 3 Drive Pilot advanced driver assistance system that will allow the system to follow a vehicle on the motorway at up to 95 kilometers per hour (km/h) (59 mph).
