GM recalls nearly 450,000 vehicles in US over brake indicator fault

General Motors (GM) will recall 450,000 of its sport utility vehicles and pickups due to a fault in the vehicles' indicators that fail to alert drivers when brake fluid levels drop below safe limits, The Detroit Free Press reported Sept. 20.
