SKF to spinoff Automotive business as a separate publicly listed company
The board of directors intends to present a proposal for the distribution and listing of the Automotive business at a shareholders meeting in 2026
Swedish automotive supplier SKF has decided to spinoff its Automotive business as a separate entity, which will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, the company announced in a press release on Sept. 17.
