The Indian automotive market is rapidly evolving, and semiconductor suppliers are eyeing it as a fertile ground for expansion. The demand is particularly high in infotainment, telematics and in-car entertainment systems with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) also showing signs of growth in the Indian market, although penetration of such drive assist technologies is relatively low compared to the EU and US markets.
