Amprius Technologies, Inc., a company recognized for its innovative work in the development of next-generation lithium-ion batteries with a silicon anode platform, recently announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with a Fortune Global 500 technology original equipment manufacturer that specializes in light electric vehicles (LEVs). This LOI is a preliminary step toward a commercial supply agreement anticipated to span the next five years and emphasizes the cooperative intention to develop a high-energy SiCore™ cylindrical cell for LEV applications.
