Allego removes connection fee for AC chargers in the Netherlands

Allego plans to charge an overstay fee on EV drivers whose charging sessions last 4 hours or longer, amounting to €0.05 per minute or €3 per hour

The Netherlands-headquartered charge-point operator (CPO) Allego announced Sept. 1 that it will remove the connection fee for public AC chargers in its home country from the beginning of September, bringing down the cost of electric vehicle drivers using its extensive public AC network.
