Huaxiang Electronic agrees to acquire IAC Group's business in mainland China

The acquisition will significantly expand Huaxiang Electronic in its domestic market.

Huaxiang Electronic has reached an agreement to acquire International Automotive Components Group’s (IAC) operations in mainland China for 600 million Chinese yuan ($82.6 million), Yicai Global reported June 26. The acquisition will significantly expand Hauxiang's presence in its domestic market.
