VCSELED by ROHM, combining VCSEL with optical diffusion, aims at enhancing vehicle monitoring systems, meeting global safety standards

ROHM has introduced an infrared light-source technology named VCSELED, which integrates a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) component with a resin optical diffusion material specifically designed for laser light, as reported in a press release on June 26.
