Two partners will collaborate in the specialized field of semiconductor technologies, such as brain-inspired computing and chiplet technologies, with the goal of improving processing performance while reducing power consumption

Honda has signed a memorandum of understanding with IBM to collaborate on a long-term joint research and development of next-generation computing technologies such as chips for software-defined vehicles, the company said in a press release May 15.
