The US automotive industry has seen new investments of more than $170 billion toward building a local EV and battery supply chain manufacturing base
The US government plans more than $100 million in new funding for small and medium-sized automotive component manufacturers, aiding them in expanding and retooling their manufacturing facilities, the White House said in a press note issued on May 6.
