Thailand accelerates toward EV powerhouse status in South Asia
Chinese players would likely be the biggest contributors to Thailand’s EV growth story in the near future.
The year gone by was sort of a mixed back for electric vehicles in several countries around the world. While demand for plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) went up significantly in some emerging EV markets, most leading countries witnessed a lower-than-expected demand in 2023, especially during the second half of the year.
