Aunde to acquire majority stake in TB Kawashima, expanding global supply chain partnership
Toyota Boshoku Corp. has announced that it will accept a capital investment from Aunde Achter & Ebels GmbH in its consolidated subsidiary, TB Kawashima Co. Ltd., in a press release dated March 28.
