Post acquisition, OMV Petrom plans to expand the EV charging network to approximately 650 charging points by 2026 across Romania

OMV Petrom, one of the largest integrated energy companies in Southeast Europe, plans to acquire a 50% stake in Electrocentrale Borzesti from RNV Infrastructure, the company announced Jan. 3.
