Komatsu to acquire American Battery Solutions
ABS will operate as a stand-alone business entity within Komatsu and will continue its growth plans by executing on its current and prospective customer programs
Komatsu America Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Japanese multinational company Komatsu, plans to acquire American Battery Solutions Inc. (ABS), a Detroit-based battery manufacturer, Komatsu announced Nov. 20.
