XCharge North America, a fully owned subsidiary of China-based manufacturer of electric vehicle charging equipment XCharge Energy, plans to build a manufacturing plant in the city of Kyle, Texas, for researching, developing, distributing and providing services for its core EV charging solutions, the company announced August 3.
