The FABS Act would provide an RITC up to 25% to semiconductor firms
The United States House of Representatives has presented a new bill, the Facilitating American Built Semiconductors (FABS) Act, to introduce a tax credit to encourage semiconductor manufacturing, research, and design in the US, according to a press release on the official website of US Representative Mike Kelly on 21 March 2022.
