BorgWarner wins contract to provide 800V SiC inverter for German OEM’s EVs

BorgWarner has won a contract to provide a new, high-voltage silicon carbide (SiC) inverter to a large German automaker, which will use them in its next-generation electric vehicles, the company announced on 4 November, without disclosing the name of the OEM.
