GM expects its margins will grow to 12-14% by 2030 as EV production scales up, battery costs decline, and as it ramps up its software and new business platforms

Disclosing its strategic growth plans through 2030 on its investor day on 6 October, General Motors’ top leadership said that the company is targeting to grow its projected electric vehicle revenues from about USD10 million in 2023 to about USD90 million per annum by 2030.
