FCA, Engie EPS finalize setting up of e-mobility JV
New agreements are part of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed in November last year
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Engie EPS have signed a full set of agreement, including the investment and shareholders’ agreement to set up a new joint venture (JV) in the e-Mobility sector, Stellantis, the parent company of FCA announced in a press release on 26 January.
