The novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has severely impacted app-based new-mobility services such as car sharing, ride sharing, and ride hailing; since vehicles in such services are used by multiple people during a day, there is an increased possibility of getting infected by the COVID-19 virus. Even use of personal vehicles is not absolutely safe.
