Prolific increase in expanding manufacturing capabilities in China

Increasing use of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) in the automotive market has ushered the industry into a new era of competition, business strategies, and market demand. To sustain themselves in the long run and fulfill the ever-rising LED demand, many lighting companies have turned to niche lighting markets for higher returns. Owing to government support and lower manufacturing costs, China’s automotive industry is growing fast in terms of vehicle and component production. Other important factors contributing to growth in this region are rising disposable incomes of the people and encouragement from the government.
